Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.2m) broke new ground for defenders in Fantasy Premier League.
Across his 257 appearances for Liverpool he has amassed 1,278 points, scoring 18 goals, providing 73 assists and keeping 96 clean sheets so far. Those performances have seen him rewarded with 170 bonus points.
He holds the record of being the only defender to surpass 200 points in two separate seasons, doing so first in 2019/20 and again in 2021/22.
And unique among his positional peers, he's made five successive appearances in the end-of-season Dream Team, in a run spanning from 2018/19 to 2022/23.

Should Alexander-Arnold remain No 1 in the defender standings this season, he will become the first player to finish as the top-scoring defender three times. He would also equal John Terry's accomplishment of featuring in the end-of-season Dream Team on a total of six occasions.
At his most expensive, Alexander-Arnold set Fantasy managers back £8.6m, a price he reached in Gameweek 24 of last season. Not since 2005/06 has a defender cost as much.
He announced himself to Fantasy managers in Gameweek 20 of 2017/18 with the first of his 38 double-figure hauls, a 14-point return in a 5-0 win at home to Swansea City. At the time, he was a budget gem, costing just £4.2m.
More than 2.1million managers will have fond memories of his best-ever Gameweek score of 24 points in Liverpool's 4-0 win away to Leicester City in 2019/20. He had a hand in all four goals, scoring one and assisting three.
His creativity sets him apart from his contemporaries, with 514 key passes made over his career, leading to a position-high 73 assists.
