The Scout on the all-important armband decision as Arsenal, Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Manchester City all play two matches in Double Gameweek 33 (DGW33) of Fantasy Premier League.
At present, DGW33 is the final confirmed Double Gameweek of 2024/25 Fantasy, so if you still have the Triple Captain chip available, now could be the time to use it on a player who has two matches.
The benefits of such a tactic were underlined in Double Gameweek 24, when Mohamed Salah (£13.8m) scored 29 points across his two matches, thanks to three goals, an assist and six bonus points, giving him a MASSIVE 87 points with the Triple Captain chip.
Palace's Ismaila Sarr (£5.8m) has been the top-performing DGW33 player over the last six Gameweeks.
The winger amassed 37 points over that spell, thanks to three goals, an assist and six bonus points.
Villa's Morgan Rogers (£5.6m) ranks top for goal involvements, with two goals and a trio of assists helping him to 35 points.
Man City's Omar Marmoush (£7.6m) has also caught the eye with three goals, an assist and seven bonus points.
In defence, Arsenal and Man City are the only sides represented in the table below.
Gunners pair Jurrien Timber (£5.7m) and William Saliba (£6.5m) delivered 29 and 25 points respectively, with Man City's Josko Gvardiol (£6.2m) just ahead of Saliba on 26 points, thanks to three clean sheets and four bonus points.

Who has the most potential for goals and assists?
The underlying data helps give a better indication of the players who are likely to get attacking returns.
When it comes to big chances, or situations where the player is expected to score, Sarr's total of six ranks top among the DGW33 contingent.
The Palace winger has also created three big chances, which means he has been involved in a total of nine such opportunities - also placing him top in the analysis.
Marmoush's all-round style of play is clear to see here - he's had four big chances and created four more for his team-mates. The Egyptian's 19 shots also underline his keen eye for goal, placing him top for this statistic in the table below.
Rogers ranks just behind the Man City star on seven big-chance involvements, although it's worth noting he only had five shots in that period - half the total of Villa team-mates Youri Tielemans (£5.5m) and Marco Asensio (£6.2m).
Elsewhere, the appearance of Kevin De Bruyne (£9.3m) is all the more impressive bearing in mind he's only started two of Man City's last six matches. Yet he's second among team-mates only to Marmoush for big-chance involvement, with a total of four.
The data also highlights the large quantity of shots from Arsenal trio Leandro Trossard (£6.7m), Gabriel Martinelli (£6.5m) and Mikel Merino (£6.1m), with all producing 10+ attempts.
But the numbers also show those efforts have been low on quality - indeed, of the combined 38 shots the trio had, only four were big chances.

What does the opponents' defensive data tell us?
An assessment of the opposition defences can also help steer your captaincy decision.
The numbers could barely be more convincing for Arsenal's attacking prospects.
Their DGW33 opponents, Ipswich Town and Palace, have each conceded 13 goals across their last six matches, with a single clean sheet between them. Combined, they have allowed a huge 46 big chances, with both clubs ranked among the worst teams for this statistic.
By contrast, Man City's DGW33 opponents, Everton and Villa, allowed just 16 big chances between them.
Villa face Newcastle United and Man City, who have conceded nine and 10 big chances respectively.
Palace's prospects look slightly better mainly thanks to AFC Bournemouth's recent displays, with the Cherries' among the worst three sides for conceding both goals and big chances.

So, who is the best captain?
The player data lifts the appeal of handing the armband to Marmoush, with his involvement in big chances and overall shot count all in his favour.
On the downside, Man City do have tougher fixtures than Arsenal according to the team data and captaining a Gunners attacker would be the ideal situation here.
However, Mikel Arteta’s recent rotation around UEFA Champions League matches is a big concern, which suggests it may be enough simply owning the likes of Bukayo Saka (£10.5m), as there’s clearly a huge risk surrounding his chances of starting both matches.
Instead, the security of starts offered by Saliba at the back, combined with his upturn in set-piece threat due to Gabriel’s injury, indicates the Frenchman could emerge as the Gunners’ top performer against Ipswich and Palace.
