Primary school teachers can register for free resources and parents can nominate schools by visiting Premier League Primary Stars
Anna Pink has been teaching for seven years but has always found PE a difficult lesson to prepare for.
"It is very hard when your subject knowledge is not good to suddenly know what children or groups of children need, so I kind of pushed to go on the project."
The Hightown Primary school teacher started working with the Saints Foundation's PL Primary Stars programme, which uses the appeal of professional football clubs to engage children aged 5-11 during their studies, through free teaching resources.
"I have been working closely with Lee Nicholas from the Saints Foundation, looking at planning and the steps he uses in order to deliver a lesson.

"I shadow what he is doing. The first lesson was watching him and how he engaged the children but the following lesson it was much more about the skills we do and how these build into different roles.
"And now it has got to the point where he puts me in a position to be leading."
Having begun PL Primary Stars in January, Anna's self-belief and understanding of how to deliver a PE session has steadily grown, something she feels could not have been achieved without the help of PL Primary Stars.
"The impact that Primary Stars has had for our group of children is the teamwork skills that they have got, the ability to work together and to encourage each other which has been incredible."
"It's the confidence it has given me, it has only been January to March now. If I was to make the same amount of progress, I would be happy to go around other schools and show how brilliant Primary Stars is."
Anna's story is part of the Saints Together campaign, which highlights the connection between the club, the Foundation and the community.
