Nottingham Forest have signed 6ft 8in goalkeeper Carlos Miguel from Corinthians, subject to a work permit.
The 25-year-old has penned a four-year deal at Forest and becomes their fourth arrival of the summer transfer window, joining Elliot Anderson, Marko Stamenic and Eric da Silva Moreira at the City Ground.
Forest head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has moved swiftly to bolster his goalkeeping ranks following the summer departures of Odysseas Vlachodimos and Wayne Hennessey.

Now new signing Carlos Miguel cannot wait to get started.
"Just seeing the stadium and feeling the energy within it, I can't wait to be on the pitch to help Nottingham Forest win," he told the club's official website.
"My main objective is to become an important member of this team, a giant club in the history of football. I want a place in the museum like the others!">
Carlos Miguel will reunite with his former Corinthians team-mate Murillo at Forest. He is the third Brazilian at the City Ground, midfielder Danilo being the other.
Who is Carlos Miguel?
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Carlos Miguel started his career at Flamengo, leaving in 2016 to join the Internacional youth setup. After loan spells to Santa Cruz and Boa Esporte, he joined Corinthians in 2021.
Carlos Miguel has made 33 senior appearances in his career to date.
Standing at 6ft 8in, one inch taller than former Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur forward Peter Crouch, he could be the Premier League's tallest player this season.
Carlos Miguel becomes Forest's second transfer from Corinthians within a year, following defender Murillo, who joined in August 2023. He will be hoping to make a similar impact - Murillo had a superb debut season and was named Forest's Player of the Season.
Forest begin their pre-season preparations with a fixture against Chesterfield on 13 July.
They host AFC Bournemouth in their opening match of the new Premier League campaign on Saturday 17 August.
