The number of different deadlines in FPL Challenge allows you to pick how many matches you want your squad to earn points from in a Gameweek.

The deadlines are right up until a match starts, which means that the first deadline to enter your squad in Gameweek 30 is at 12:30 GMT on Saturday 30 March, when the opening match of the Gameweek, Newcastle United versus West Ham United, kicks off.

So if you want your players to score points across all 10 fixtures in Gameweek 30, you must enter your squad before then.

This is because players become locked in FPL Challenge when their first match of a Gameweek begins, and you cannot add them to your squad retrospectively.

For example, if you have selected the Magpies’ Kieran Trippier (£6.7m) in your squad but he is ruled out when the team news is released at 11:30 GMT, you still have another 60 minutes to replace him.

Deadline Time* Matches
1 12:30, Sat 30 March Newcastle v West Ham
2 15:00, Sat 30 March

Bournemouth v Everton
Chelsea v Burnley
Nott’m Forest v Crystal Palace
Sheff Utd v Fulham
Spurs v Luton

3 17:30, Sat 30 March Aston Villa v Wolves
4 20:00, Sat 30 March Brentford v Man Utd
5 14:00*, Sun 31 March Liverpool v Brighton

If you’d rather avoid Newcastle and West Ham players altogether, then the next deadline for entering a team is 15:00 GMT later that day.

By doing so, your players will earn points from the remaining nine matches in Gameweek 30.

Five matches get under way at that point: Bournemouth v Everton, Chelsea v Burnley, Nottingham Forest v Crystal Palace, Sheffield United v Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur v Luton Town.

If you want to profit from Son Heung-min (£10.1m) at home to Luton or Cole Palmer (£5.7m) at home to Burnley, you need to enter your squad by 15:00 GMT.

The next deadline is 17:30 GMT that same day, when Aston Villa entertain Wolverhampton Wanderers. Entering a squad at this point means your players will earn points from the remaining four matches in Gameweek 30.

The next deadline is 20:00 GMT that same day, when Brentford host Manchester United. Entering a squad at this point means your players will earn points from the remaining three matches in Gameweek 30.

The final deadline to enter a squad for Gameweek 30 is 14:00 BST on Sunday 31 March, when Liverpool welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to Anfield.

Why? Because you can pick up to FIVE players per club in FPL Challenge and your squad consists of 15 players, you therefore need at least three clubs with a match yet to play in a Gameweek in order to be able to enter a squad.

By 14:00 BST on Sunday 31 March, there are only two matches left in the Gameweeks, with Manchester CityArsenal taking place later that afternoon.

Your squad will earn points from those final two matches in Gameweek 30.
