The Scout is highlighting key dates for Double Gameweeks and Blank Gameweeks in 2023/24 to help managers in Fantasy Premier League plan ahead.

The table below shows everything we know so far about the Blank and Double Gameweeks that have been confirmed.

In Double Gameweek 28 (DGW28), the teams in bold will be playing twice. In Blank Gameweek 29 (BGW29), there will only be FOUR fixtures - the four that are listed below. This is due to the FA Cup quarter-finals taking place on the same weekend.

CRY v LUT FUL v TOT

There are likely to be more Blank and Double Gameweeks later in the season. Clubs will have further Premier League fixtures postponed if they reach the FA Cup semi-finals, and clubs could get TWO fixtures in a single round of top-flight matches as their postponed matches are rearranged.

Double Gameweek 28

AFC Bournemouth have an enticing pair of home fixtures against teams battling relegation as they entertain bottom club Sheffield United and then Luton Town.

Luton also play twice, visiting Crystal Palace and then Bournemouth.

Blank Gameweek 29

Blank Gameweek 29 takes place on the same weekend as the FA Cup quarter-finals, causing SIX Premier League fixtures to be postponed because clubs are playing cup ties instead.

As there are only four Premier League fixtures taking place and a host of popular players will score zero points in FPL, this is likely to be a popular time to play the Free Hit chip.
