Gary Neville says Tottenham Hotspur can finish ABOVE both Liverpool and Arsenal this season and that Spurs are "certain" to finish in the top four if they have a fully fit and available squad.

Spurs drew 2-2 at Manchester United on Sunday despite missing a number of first-team players, including Son Heung-min, Pape Sarr, Yves Bissouma, James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski.

Spurs' unavailable players: Alejo Veliz; Ben Davies; Dejan Kulusevski; Giovani Lo Celso; Ivan Perisic; James Maddison; Manor Solomon; Pape Sarr; Ryan Sessegnon; Son Heung-min; Yves Bissouma.

It means they are fifth place in the table, just five points behind leaders Liverpool.

"If they keep their players fit, they are a certainty to finish in the top four," Neville told Sky Sports. "I think they can get to second and third [in the table].

"With those players back, and if they can get through these next few weeks, I genuinely think they can be better than Arsenal and Liverpool this season."

Spurs' next match is against Manchester City in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Friday 26 January, before they return to Premier League action at home to Brentford five days later.

Neville says drawing a resurgent Man City in the FA Cup could work out well for Spurs.

"It might end up being a good draw in the FA Cup against Manchester City. Go out of that and concentrate completely on the league. But they do need to win a trophy.

"If he wins a trophy, great, but we know in the past when teams have had a really explosive season, they're not usually in Europe or [in other] competitions.

"For Ange Postecoglou to get to second or third, which they could do if they have a clean run at it, would be something special."
