The regular PL2 Division 2 campaign concludes on Monday evening, with two places in the play-offs for promotion to Division 1 still up for grabs.

Club P Pts GD Remaining match
Swansea (C) 22 52 +21 -
Wolves 21 38 +9 FUL (A)
Newcastle 22 37 +4 -
Fulham 21 33 +9 WOL (H)
Blackburn 21 31 -4 AVL (H)
West Ham 21 30 +2 WBA (A)
Aston Villa 21 29 +2 BLB (A)

To confirm their place, Fulham, in fourth, must avoid defeat against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Craven Cottage, or for West Ham United, in sixth, to not win at West Bromwich Albion, or for Blackburn Rovers, in fifth to avoid victory versus Aston Villa.

Blackburn, a point above West Ham, will confirm their play-off place if they at least match West Ham's result at The Hawthorns.

West Ham need to better Rovers' result to jump into the top five.

Victory for Aston Villa at Ewood Park would mean they would leapfrog Blackburn, and if West Ham fail to win they would claim the final play-off place.

Swansea City are Division 2 champions, while Wolves and Newcastle United will host the fourth and fifth-placed teams respectively in the one-off play-off semi-finals after finishing second and third respectively.
