Conte on alert to world-class Gabbiadini

Antonio Conte says Chelsea are working on a way to stop Manolo Gabbiadini when Southampton visit Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening.

"He is a really talented player with a fantastic left foot, one of the best in the world," Conte said of the striker he knew as a coach in Italy.

"We must pay great attention and I have to talk with my players, and my goalkeeper coach has started to talk with the goalkeepers to give advice about this player."
