The Scout's panel of Fantasy Premier League experts share their thoughts on who to prioritise buying and selling ahead of the Gameweek 6 deadline at 13:30 BST on Saturday 23 September.

What the experts say
Lee Bonfield (@FPLFamily)

Nicolas Jackson (£7.1m) feels like an easy sell for me this week, particularly as he's one yellow card away from a suspension. I'll likely move to in-form Julian Alvarez (£6.8m), who has started every match this season and seems to be a major part of Pep Guardiola’s plans.

Ben Crabtree (@FC_CrabDogg)

Having just Wildcarded, I'm not looking to make a transfer this week, but managers with Jackson should move quickly to Alvarez or take a chance on Callum Wilson (£7.8m), who could have plenty of returns over the next few weeks.

Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily)

I've owned Yoane Wissa (£6.1m) for his last three blanks. Meanwhile, Ben Chilwell (£5.8m) is either playing in a more defensive role or has been benched and Bruno Fernandes (£8.4m) is frustrating.

For me, they are the priorities. Chilwell to Sven Botman (£4.5m), Fernandes to Mohamed Salah (£12.5m) and then Wissa to Carlton Morris (£5.5m) for Luton Town’s Double Gameweek 7 for a -4 feels like my key moves.

As things stand, I'm inclined to keep faith with Raheem Sterling (£7.2m), as he's been very unlucky. I might even give Jackson another chance. I'm targeting a Newcastle United defender, namely Botman, as I can't afford Kieran Trippier (£6.5m).

Utkarsh Dalmia (@Zopharfpl)

As a Chelsea fan, it's been excruciating watching their last two matches when owning three of their players. I'm Wildcarding them all out. Salah, Alvarez and Newcastle defenders are the priority targets coming in.

Gianni Buttice (@GianniButtice)

Form and fixtures always dictate our FPL moves and those that only have one Manchester City attacker will be looking to add Alvarez to their team this week, mostly at the expense of Jackson.

I'm already tripled up on the best team in the league, so I won't be able to buy Alvarez, but I may still move Jackson on for Darwin Nunez (£7.4m), Rasmus Hojlund (£7.0m) or Evan Ferguson (£6.0m). I will be keeping a close eye on their European matches this week.

My team's obvious weakness is triple Chelsea going into Gameweek 6. However, when I consider their next three fixtures, it won't be disastrous if I have to keep one or two of them.

In terms of priorities, Jackson can be sold for either Alvarez or Morris, and Chilwell can be replaced by a Newcastle defender.

Harry Daniels (@FPL_Harry)

I am targeting the Newcastle defence, adding a second option having bought Fabian Schar (£5.0m) in Gameweek 5. I am trying to set up a plan to fit Salah into my team without a Wildcard between Gameweeks 8-10.

I also have one eye on both Aston Villa and West Ham United, who have appealing options with nice fixture swings approaching. A rare goalkeeper transfer to get Alphonse Areola (£4.1m) is definitely an option.
