AFC Bournemouth have signed defender Max Aarons from Norwich City.
The 23-year-old right-back moves to Bournemouth on a long-term deal and is the club's second transfer of the day, following the arrival of midfielder Alex Scott.

"He’s a player who will be an excellent fit in our system, with physical attributes and technical ability that will benefit the team and our style of play.
"We’re looking forward to working with him and we have no doubt that Max is going to prove a great addition to the squad."
Aarons joins his second Premier League club, having made 70 top-flight appearances across two separate seasons for Norwich in 2019/20 and 2021/22.

He was part of the England team who triumphed at this summer's Under-21 European Championship, not conceding a goal during the whole tournament.
Bournemouth kick off their campaign against West Ham United on Saturday.
