Kenji Gorre’s second-half strike against Brighton & Hove Albion took Swansea City into the last four as they aim for their second trophy of the season.

Already crowned the Premier League 2 Division 2 champions, Swansea claimed a 1-0 win at Landore Training Ground when Dutch winger Gorre surged into the box from the left flank before finding the far corner of the net with a low strike.

Swansea joined Reading, Portsmouth and Norwich City in the PL Cup semi-finals after Monday's matches, with the draw taking place on twitter.com/PLYouth at 2pm BST on Tuesday.

The Swans host Aston Villa in their next PL2 match on Monday 10 April, while Brighton next face Stoke City on the same day.
