Leicester City defender Wes Morgan (back) is still unavailable but Danny Drinkwater has recovered from a hip problem.

Stoke City winger Xherdan Shaqiri has been ruled out after suffering a recurrence of a calf injury over the international break. Geoff Cameron (thigh) is doubtful.

Jack Butland is not yet ready to return despite being back in training and Phil Bardsley is suspended.
