On International Women's Day three ladies at Swansea City have talked about the integral role they play at the club all year round.

Kate Rees (head physiotherapist), Adele Callaghan (soft tissue therapist) and Ailsa Jones (physiotherapist) have formed an important unit at Swansea City and for years have helped keep the players in top shape - both physically and mentally.

"Working with men is fab, the banter and fun you have," says Adele. "They forget sometimes that we are women and that's what we enjoy, that they don't have to pussyfoot around us."

Their hard work and expertise is recognised by head coach Paul Clement, who is fully aware of what value the trio bring to his squad.

"They have got good energy, they are very positive and the players have good relationships with them," he says. "It's important to me that everyone knows they are part of a team."
