The Premier League has one final round of exciting fixtures before the international break.
Southampton are embroiled in a jam-packed relegation battle and will face a stiff challenge when they welcome Tottenham Hotspur to St. Mary’s Stadium on Saturday.
Saints have boosted their survival hopes this month with a win over Leicester City and a draw at Manchester United, but still find themselves at the bottom of the table.
Spurs are holding onto fourth place and have their eyes on leapfrogging third-place Manchester United, who only sit two points above them. Spurs have three wins in their last four Premier League matches, although all three came at home. Antonio Conte’s side will need points on the road if they want to move up the table.
The tide has turned for Chelsea with solid wins in their last two Premier League matches and they welcome Everton to Stamford Bridge looking to keep momentum going.
A massive win over Brentford moved Everton up to 15th spot, but still only one point above the relegation zone. Everton’s bid to avoid relegation last season was boosted by a 1-0 victory over Chelsea, and a similar result could be just as crucial for Sean Dyche’s side this time too.
League leaders Arsenal will be the only match on Sunday as they travel to London rivals Crystal Palace.
The stars have continued to align for the Gunners as they demolished Fulham 3-0 last time out to draw closer to hosting the Premier League Trophy.
If Arsenal avoid any slip-ups they could increase their lead over Manchester City to eight points with a win against Palace.
The Eagles head to Emirates Stadium having parted company with manager Patrick Vieira as they continue to struggle in 2023. Sitting only three points off 18th place, any points they could muster against Arsenal would be a success.
You’ll want to catch this one. Watch the match at 10:00 AM ET on USA Network.
