The Scout is tipping five players to produce big points in Gameweek 25 of 2022/23 Fantasy Premier League.

Mohamed Salah (LIV) £12.7m

The Egyptian’s improving form is welcome news for Fantasy managers ahead of Double Gameweek 25.

Salah ended a run of five straight blanks by scoring in Liverpool’s derby win over Everton in Gameweek 23 to collect 11 points.

He followed that up with an assist at Newcastle United last weekend, the first time he has delivered attacking returns in back-to-back matches since Gameweek 15.

Salah extended that output in the UEFA Champions League in midweek, scoring once and supplying an assist in a home loss to Real Madrid.

The underlying statistics in Liverpool’s recent matches against Everton and Newcastle highlight Salah’s goal threat.

His eight shots and four shots on target were both team-leading totals in the last two Gameweeks.

Salah’s upturn in output comes at a point when managers are restructuring their squads to navigate a Blank Gameweek 25 for four sides, including Manchester United.

Captaincy contender

Liverpool are among only four clubs to play twice, which makes Salah a strong pick for the captaincy in Gameweek 25.

They visit Crystal Palace this weekend before hosting Wolverhampton Wanderers on Wednesday.

Both those opponents have struggled in defence, lifting Salah’s prospects further.

Palace have a single clean sheet in seven matches, while Wolves have managed only one shutout on their travels all season.

Salah has the improving form to take advantage of those frailties, handing managers a major captaincy contender for Double Gameweek 25.
