A fresh and rested Mohamed Salah (£12.5m) can be an explosive captain pick in Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 15.

Salah produced two goals and an assist as a substitute at Crystal Palace last weekend.

He needed only 33 minutes in that match to deliver a 16-point haul, his fourth double-figure return of the season.

That appearance off the bench means Salah now looks set to start at home to West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.

And having blanked in only two appearances this term, it is hard to overlook Liverpool’s Egyptian as the go-to armband option.

Favourable opponents

West Brom's defensive record further raises Salah’s appeal in Fantasy.

The Baggies have conceded 224 shots, 150 shots in the box and 88 shots on target, all of which are the highest totals this season.

Sadio Mane (£11.9m) provides an alternative for the Anfield encounter.

His 13 shots and 12 shots in the box are both team-leading totals for Liverpool in the last four Gameweeks.

Trio of alternatives

Manchester City’s home encounter with Newcastle United also looks encouraging for the prospects of Kevin De Bruyne (£11.8m).

The Belgian has claimed double-figure hauls in two of his last three outings at the Etihad Stadium.

Jamie Vardy (£10.2m) and Bruno Fernandes (£11.0m) provide managers with further in-form armband options for their head-to-head at King Power Stadium.

Vardy has three goals and three assists in the last four Gameweeks for Leicester City.

Manchester United playmaker Fernandes has thrived on the road, averaging 9.7 points per away match this term.

Spurs options

Tottenham Hotspur pair Harry Kane (£11.0m) and Son Heung-min (£9.7m) can bring in big hauls at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Kane has averaged 9.1 points per away match ahead of his visit to Molineux.

Son, meanwhile, has delivered six sets of double-figure hauls this season, joint-top with Fernandes among all players in FPL.
