The Manchester City manager is looking to claim a first Barclays award of 2019/20, with the 4-0 win against Liverpool the highlight as his side claimed six victories and averaged 3.6 goals per match over the month.
Hasenhuttl is aiming for his first such award after Saints stayed unbeaten in July, beginning the month with a superb 1-0 triumph at home to Man City before ending their campaign by defeating Sheffield United 3-1 at St Mary's Stadium to finish 11th.
A six-match unbeaten run following the 3-1 defeat at Sheff Utd, including a 2-1 win against north London rivals Arsenal, helped Tottenham Hotspur secure a sixth-place finish.
The Scot guided West Ham United to a 3-2 comeback victory over Chelsea and further wins against Norwich City and Watford, along with a 1-1 draw at Manchester United, which meant the Hammers were safe before the final day.
The Norwegian is seeking to win the award for only a second time after remaining unbeaten in July. His side won all three of their away matches without conceding a goal, including the crucial 2-0 victory at Leicester City on the final day that earned a third-placed finish and UEFA Champions League qualification.
