Resilience and positive thinking were two important factors in Leicester City's remarkable title triumph in 2015/16.

And the Premier League Primary Stars' successful home learning resilience pack, which is popular with teachers, can help children bounce back from challenging situations.

Children can watch a short film about resilience, as Leicester defender Christian Fuchs discusses how his team overcame the disappointment of a late defeat at Arsenal.

They can also create their own resilience match report and practice turning unhelpful feelings about a situation or challenge into more positive ones.

Recognise the power of positive thinking and learn strategies to turn "I can't" into "I can".

So, have a go today and make being positive your goal.
