In times like these it's more important than ever to not only stay safe, but to also keep fit and healthy.

For children who are at home to remain active the Premier League and BBC’s Super Movers keeps them moving while they learn, while for adults Sport England’s #StayInWorkOut exercises and a handy way to stay active around the house.

Premier League players themselves have been keen to show just how important, and easy to do, regular exercise remains as we follow Government advice to stay at home.
