The fans' votes are combined with those of the 20 club captains plus a panel of football experts to determine the winner.
The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder started the month with a goal at Everton before providing an assist at West Ham United and scoring twice at home to AFC Bournemouth in Jose Mourinho's first two Premier League matches as head coach.
Jimenez scored in all three November appearances for Wolverhampton Wanderers, who are now 10 matches unbeaten in the Premier League. He netted the equaliser at Arsenal before getting winning goals versus Aston Villa and AFC Bournemouth.
Mane played a key role as Liverpool won all four matches in November to go eight points clear at the top of the table. He scored in the victory over champions Manchester City and the success at Crystal Palace after getting an assist and a goal in a late comeback at Villa.
The Sheffield United forward assisted all three goals in the Blades' 3-0 victory over Burnley at Bramall Lane, helped them draw 1-1 at Spurs and scored with a superb strike as they earned a 3-3 home draw against Manchester United.
Son produced attacking returns in all four Premier League matches last month. He set up Alli's strike at Everton, scored against Sheffield United, claimed a goal and an assist at West Ham before setting up two more goals versus AFC Bournemouth.
Centre-back was at the heart of a Leicester City defence which did not concede a single goal in November. He also scored the opener in the 2-0 win at Crystal Palace, the first of three victories in succession during the month.
The top scorer in this Premier League season, Vardy netted in each of Leicester's 2-0 wins in November, and also provided two assists, one against Arsenal and another versus Brighton & Hove Albion, as the Foxes moved up to second in the table.
