Aston Villa are seeking to avoid defeat for the third match in a row and increase their three-point gap above the relegation zone.

Tammy Abraham (hip) is still feeling some pain but Frank Lampard is giving him every chance to play and will make a decision on Wednesday. Ross Barkley (illness) is unavailable, as is Antonio Rudiger.

Aston Villa are without Anwar El Ghazi (knee) but Jota is in contention to make a return. Frederic Guilbert is suspended.
