Brighton & Hove Albion will be hoping for some more home comfort after beating Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 in their last match at the Amex Stadium.

Marco Silva's Everton aim to continue their steady climb up the table having ended their four-match losing run with a 2-0 result against West Ham United last time out.

Team news

Brighton remain without Bernardo (knock) and Jose Izquierdo (knee).

Everton can call upon Fabian Delph and Morgan Schneiderlin, who have recovered from injury, while Seamus Coleman is also available again after serving a suspension.

But Yerry Mina (knee) is a major doubt and Jean-Philippe Gbamin (quadriceps) remains a long-term absentee.

Did you know?

Brighton are unbeaten in all four previous Premier League fixtures between the two teams. The Seagulls recorded a 1-0 success in the corresponding match last year, their third win against The Toffees with the other encounter a draw.

Everton's last 10 Premier League trips to the south coast have failed to produce a single victory in a run that has yielded three draws and seven defeats. The Toffees' last victory came against Southampton in August 2015 under Roberto Martinez.

When Pascal Gross assisted Adam Webster's goal against Aston Villa it was the 69th chance created from set-plays by the Brighton midfielder since the start of the 2017/18 season, no player has created more. Ironically Everton's Gylfi Sigurdsson, with 69, is joint-top.

Everton have not lost four consecutive away Premier League matches since a run of five defeats in a row between December 2017 and March 2018 under Sam Allardyce.
