Arsenal have won more Premier League matches, with 60, and have a higher win rate, with 61 per cent, than any other side in September. They are also unbeaten in September north London derbies in all competitions since 1969, winning six and drawing four.

Five of the last 14 goals scored in PL matches between these teams have been penalties. In total, 18 spot-kicks have been scored in their PL meetings, the joint-most of any duel alongside Everton v Newcastle United.

Harry Kane is one goal away from becoming the joint-highest goalscorer in north London derbies in all competitions, joining Emmanuel Adebayor and Bobby Smith on 10 strikes.

Spurs have lost just two of their last 10 PL matches against Arsenal (W3 D5), although both of those defeats have come in their last two top-flight visits to Emirates Stadium.
