Cardiff City are aiming to avoid a third successive defeat as they seek to bridge the four-point gap to Brighton & Hove Albion in the battle for safety.

Crystal Palace are seeking a fifth victory in six Premier League away matches, having only lost to Tottenham Hotspur in that run.

Harry Arter (calf) remains a doubt for Cardiff City but Kenneth Zohore (thigh) could be available.

Sol Bamba (knee), Callum Paterson (ankle), Joe Ralls (hamstring) and Matthew Connolly (ankle) are all sidelined for the remainder of the season.

Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke (head) is unlikely to play.

Mamadou Sakho (knee), James Tomkins (groin), Jeffrey Schlupp (ankle) and Pape Souare (knock) are out until the end of the season.
