WHO'S GOING TO BE YOUR

MAN OF THE MATCH?

Mendy and Jesus edge Man City closer to title

Manchester City extended their lead in the table to 17 points courtesy of a dominant 2-0 win at Leicester City.

The leaders bossed the first half, with Kevin De Bruyne striking the bar from a free-kick and Gabriel Jesus curling narrowly wide.

Benjamin Mendy eventually broke the deadlock on 58 minutes, jinking past Marc Albrighton before curling in only his second goal for the club.

Substitute Raheem Sterling set up Jesus to confirm victory with 16 minutes remaining.

Pep Guardiola's team have 74 points and need to claim only 11 more for a fifth Premier League title.

Leicester stay third with 56 points.
