    Match summary

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang salvaged a point for Arsenal as they drew 1-1 at AFC Bournemouth in Mikel Arteta's first match as head coach.

Dan Gosling opened the scoring on 35 minutes, slotting past Bernd Leno from Jack Stacey's cutback for his second goal in three matches.

Arsenal had lots of chances and they found an equaliser just after the hour mark.

Aubameyang struck his 12th goal of the season from close range after Reiss Nelson's shot had ricocheted into his path.

Callum Wilson had the ball in the net late on but the AFC Bournemouth striker's effort was ruled out for offside.

Arsenal stay in 11th, on 24 points, four clear of AFC Bournemouth in 16th.
