    Match summary

Ashley Barnes scored the winner as Burnley beat Huddersfield Town 2-1 to move out of the relegation zone.

Steve Mounie’s fine header from Isaac Mbenza’s cross gave the hosts the lead on 33 minutes.

The lead lasted just seven minutes as Chris Wood equalised from close range after good work by Dwight McNeil.

Just a minute later, Huddersfield's Christopher Schindler was sent off for a second booking.

After half-time Johann Berg Gudmundsson went close for Burnley before Ashley Westwood teed up Barnes to score with 16 minutes left.

Robbie Brady's late red card meant both teams finished with 10 men.

Huddersfield stay 20th, with 10 points, while Burnley climb to 16th on 18 points.
