WHO'S GOING TO BE YOUR

MAN OF THE MATCH?

Match summary

Champions Chelsea claimed a new Premier League record as they ended their title-winning campaign with a comprehensive victory over relegated Sunderland.

The Black Cats quietened the party atmosphere at Stamford Bridge when Javier Manquillo fired the ball into the roof of the net for his first Premier League goal on three minutes only for Willian to equalise five minutes later.

Departing captain John Terry made an emotional farewell to the Stamford Bridge faithful when he was substituted on 26 minutes before Eden Hazard put Chelsea ahead in the second half with a powerful shot into the far corner.

Pedro's close-range header put the Blues 3-1 ahead before Michy Batshuayi added two late goals as Chelsea began the trophy celebrations in style.

Chelsea finish the campaign on 93 points, seven clear of Tottenham Hotspur, and have become the first team to claim 30 wins in a Premier League season.
