WHO'S GOING TO BE YOUR

MAN OF THE MATCH?

Match summary

Joshua King scored a late equaliser to stretch AFC Bournemouth’s unbeaten run to five matches with their first-ever point at Anfield.

King struck following a long Steve Cook throw-in to deny Liverpool a fifth straight home Premier League home win.

Benik Afobe had put the Cherries ahead after intercepting a poor backpass from Georginio Wijnaldum, before Philippe Coutinho equalised.

Nathaniel Clyne thumped a shot against the AFC Bournemouth bar before Wijnaldum showed great skill to set up Divock Origi, who headed Liverpool in front.

But King had the final say to move the Cherries seven points away from the relegation zone, and leave third-placed Liverpool 12 points behind leaders Chelsea.
