    Match summary

Leicester City secured their fourth successive Premier League victory to maintain their 100% start under Craig Shakespeare.

Jonathan Walters had an early chance from wide on the left kept out by Kasper Schmeichel before Wilfred Ndidi put the hosts ahead. The 20 year old collected the ball from 30 yards out and fired in a spectacular drive into the top corner to give Leicester City a half time lead.

Just moments after the restart and Jamie Vardy doubled Leicester City’s lead. The England striker latched on to Danny Simpson’s chipped cross to volley in his ninth goal of the season.

The Premier League champions move six points clear of the relegation zone, while Stoke City remain in the top half of the table.
