Gail Scott-Spicer

Chief Executive Officer, Imperial Health Charity

Gail is a specialist in service provision to children and young people and understands the complex issues children and young people face.

The charity lead Trustee for equality, diversity and inclusion, she is experienced in Social Impact and is the charity lead Trustee in this area.

She is CEO of Imperial Health Charity, was previously CEO of King's College Hospital Charity, CEO of the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and CEO of the Carers Trust and is currently the Vice-Chair for the Money Advice Trust.

Gail has a passion for Arsenal FC and walks in Epping Forest.

Gail joined the Premier League Foundation Board of Trustees in 2017 and was appointed Vice Chair in 2025.
