1. This Prize Draw will be governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). As a participant who voluntarily chooses to participate in the Prize Draw (“Participant”, “Your” and/or “You”), You confirm that You have read and understood these Terms and that You agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms. Any non-compliance with or breach whatsoever of any of the Terms will disqualify You from participation in the Prize Draw and, and any prize will be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed at our sole discretion and without any claim or recourse by You.
2. This Prize Draw will take place from 26 April 2026 5PM (SGT), 10AM BST to 25 May 2026 4PM (SGT), 9AM BST, both dates inclusive (“Prize Draw Period”), in Singapore.
3. Premier League Media Holdings Limited and its related companies and businesses (collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “Premier League”) retain the right to change the Prize Draw Period at our own discretion. Any change in the Prize Draw Period will be communicated by the Premier League via the Premier League+ app and/or such other mode of communication that Premier League may deem fit. For the avoidance of doubt, entries must be submitted within the Prize Draw Period. The selection of winners and the fulfilment of the Prize will take place after the end of the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms.
Eligibility
4. To participate in this Prize Draw and be eligible to win a Prize (“Eligible Participant”), You must:
a. Have a myPremier League account;
b. Take part in a Premier League+ trial;
c. Complete the Premier League’s post-trial survey to provide feedback about Your Premier League+ trial experience;
d. Be an individual lawfully resident in Singapore during the Prize Draw Period; and
e. Be 18 (eighteen) years or above on the date that You accept these Terms.
Prize Draw Mechanics
5. A maximum of one (1) entry will be granted to each Eligible Participant who successfully registers for this Prize Draw during the Prize Draw Period.
6. Any entries received before the commencement and/or after the expiration of the Prize Draw Period shall be void. The Premier League’s determination of the date and time of receipt of entries shall be final and binding on all Participants. Any incomplete and/or illegible entries will result in disqualification from participation in the Prize Draw and eligibility to receive any Prize.
7. The Premier League shall not be responsible for any entry You submitted but that is not received or recorded for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the above, the Premier League shall not be responsible for (a) lost, invalid, misdirected, late, incomplete or unintelligible entries, for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the Participant(s) or by any technical or human error of any nature whatsoever that may occur in the processing of such entries; and/or (b) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, or for technical, network, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, that results in an entry not being received by the Premier League. Any automated receipt of confirmation does not constitute proof of actual receipt of the entry.
8. Only entries received from Eligible Participants, during the Prize Draw Period, will be considered for the Prize Draw. You represent that Your entry is authentic, accurate and not fabricated for the purposes of the Prize Draw.
9. You agree and warrant that Your entry and any submission of data to us shall be free of any virus / trojans / spyware / malware or any such program which may harm or adversely affect the recipient’s computers / systems / servers etc. or contain any links which are intended to harm and/or provide unauthorized access to the recipient’s computer / systems / servers and the data therein.
10. The selection of the winner of the Prize Draw (“Winner”) will be conducted on Wednesday 3 June 2026, 10am BST (“Draw”), unless revised by the Premier League. The Winner will be picked by random draw from the pool of Eligible Participants during the Draw.
11. If the selection and/or announcement of the Winner is postponed for any reason whatsoever, the Premier League will not be held responsible for the same.
Prizes
12. A Premier League club shop voucher (“Prize”) is up for grabs. The Prize is redeemable for a value of SGD 350 (three hundred and fifty Singapore dollars) for a Premier League club shop of the Winner’s choice.
13. The Prize won is personal to the Winner and is non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. For the avoidance of doubt, no cash equivalent or alternative prize shall be given to the Winner and the Winner cannot exchange the Prize for a gift of equivalent value and/or liquidate the Prize in the form of cash, monies or any other nature of interests. The Prize cannot be clubbed, consolidated, or modified or changed with any other offer or service from any other website / app.
14. The Prize is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Premier League makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the Prize, including without limitation, the availability, accuracy, quality, fitness for purpose, the usability or consumption thereof, or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prize.
15. Premier League is not and shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of the Prize. The Prize shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant sponsors, clubs, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize (“Prize Terms”) which will be notified to the Winner when the Prize is issued to the Winner. The Winner agrees to be bound by such Prize Terms.
16. Premier League reserves the right to replace, change or substitute any Prize with another of similar value in its discretion without prior notice.
Collection
17. The Winner will be contacted via email within seven (7) days from the Draw (“Notification”). The Prize awarded shall be fulfilled exclusively online. No physical delivery, collection, or in-person fulfilment of the Prize will be available.
18. The Winner must respond to the Notification within fourteen (14) days of its dispatch to confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide any additional information required for fulfilment. Failure to respond and/or provide the additional information within the specified timeframe shall be deemed a forfeiture of the Prize.
19. The Winner will be announced on the Premier League’s website.
20. Premier League will endeavor to fulfil the Prize to the Winner without delay. However, any delay or failure for reasons not in the control of the Premier League shall not be deemed as breach of these Terms by Premier League.
21. In the event that the Winner is disqualified for any reason including but not limited to their non-response to the Notification, ineligibility, or failing to comply with any of these Terms or applicable laws, the Premier League reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold the Prize and not select another Winner or to select another Winner for the Prize as the case may be.
22. The Premier League shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to contact and/or notify the Winner, to the extent that this arises from the Winner’s failure to comply with any of these Terms.
23. If any Prize remains unfulfilled within thirty (30) days from the date of the respective Notification, the Premier League reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either (i) redistribute the unclaimed Prize to other Eligible Participants, (ii) withhold, withdraw, or reclaim the Prize, or (iii) otherwise deal with the unclaimed Prize, and no resulting claims whatsoever shall be entertained.
Personal Data
24. Without prejudice to any other consent provided by You, by participating in this Prize Draw, You hereby agree and consent to the collection, use, transfer, disclosure, storage and retention of Your personal data by the Premier League, including to our partners and authorised contractors, for the purpose(s) of operating, organising, administering, and completing this Prize Draw, and other purposes related to the Prize Draw and/or as required by applicable law. Additionally, You agree and consent to the below:
a. The processing (including the collection, use, storage, transfer, retention and/or disclosure) of Your personal data that may include without limitation Your name and email address by the Premier League and our appointed vendors such as the advertising and promotion agencies for Premier League’s publicity and/or advertising campaigns related to the Prize Draw.
25. In addition, You understand and agree that if You refuse or do not consent to provide Premier League with Your personal data or requested information for the purpose of the Prize Draw, this will entitle Premier League to disqualify You from participation in the Prize Draw and/or any claim to the Prize.
Others
26. The Premier League’s decisions on the Prize Draw, the Prize and the Winner shall be final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of any dispute, Your entitlement to participate in the Prize Draw and any entitlement to any Prize shall be subject to our sole discretion and final determination. Entry in the Prize Draw shall be construed to mean that You have waived Your right to dispute any decision(s) made by the Premier League, to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law.
27. The Premier League reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Continued participation in this Prize Draw will constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereof. It shall be Your sole responsibility to check any revisions to these Terms and any other applicable terms of the Prize Draw.
28. If any of these Terms are held to be illegal or unenforceable, such parts of the Term(s) shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
29. Except for the Premier League and its officers, directors, employees, authorised partners, service providers and agents, no third party shall have any right to enforce any right or term in these Terms and any other applicable terms of the Prize Draw under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 and such rights are hereby expressly excluded.
30. These Terms shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement between the Participant and the Premier League.
31. The Premier League’s failure to enforce at any time the provisions of these Terms or any rights in respect thereto shall in no way be considered or construed to be a waiver of such provisions, rights, or elections or in any way affect the validity of the Terms.
32. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and all claims, disputes, disagreements and matters relating to this Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
33. Nothing contained in the Terms or otherwise imposes an obligation on the Premier League to run the Prize Draw, declare the Winner and/or distribute the Prize. The Premier League reserves the right to discontinue or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw at any time, for any reason whatsoever.
34.You hereby acknowledge and agree that the relationship between You and the Premier League is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create a partnership, agency or an employer-employee relationship between any Participant and the Premier League.
35. Except as expressly provided herein, all ancillary costs associated with the receipt or use of the Prize, whether direct and/or indirect, including without limitation charges, expenses, taxes, costs, etc. are the sole responsibility of the selected Winner.
36. The Premier League will not be liable to You for any delay or failure to perform its obligations set out hereunder caused by an event of natural disaster, acts of God, riots, terrorism, or such other event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Premier League. You agree that if, due to any reason whatsoever beyond the control of the Premier League, the Prize and/or anything in connection to the Prize and/or the enjoyment of the Prize becomes ineffective or invalid, the Premier League will not be held responsible and/or liable for the same.
37. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, You agree that the Premier League shall not be liable to You for any and all damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, suffered or incurred by You arising out of or in connection with Your participation in the Prize Draw or the redemption or the use of any Prize.
38.You shall fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless and keep indemnified, the Premier League, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents and any sponsors (collectively, the “Indemnified Persons”) from and against any and all losses, claims, actions, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs and expenses, (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and court fees) (collectively “Losses”), that the Indemnified Person(s) may incur or suffer or likely to incur or suffer as a result of or arising out any (i) breach of any Terms hereunder by You; (ii) Your wilful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions; and/or (iii) any claims by any third party for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, injuries suffered by such third party, arising out of or in relation to Your participation in the Prize Draw and/or enjoyment of the Prize. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable laws, under no circumstances will the Premier League be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages or lost profits, whether direct or indirect, arising in any way whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
39. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Premier League disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Prize Draw and the Prize, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies; and/or (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the Participant’s participation in the Prize Draw; and/or (iii) personal injury, illness, infection, death, mental trauma caused to the Winner in relation to their enjoyment of the Prize.
