Terms & Conditions

1. THE INITIATIVE: My Premier League Wish is an online initiative run via the PL’s website and app and operated by the Football Association Premier League Limited, company number 02719699, of Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (“PL”), whereby fans may submit a Premier League-themed wish on an online submission page (“Wish”), with the PL selecting certain Wishes to be brought to life, subject to these terms and conditions (“Initiative”).

2. SUBMISSION PERIOD. Fans shall be entitled to submit a Wish between 17 March 2026 and ends at 5pm BST 26 May 2026 (the "Submission Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY. The Initiative is open to fans worldwide. Employees of the PL and each of their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to submit a Wish in the Initiative. The Initiative is subject to all applicable local laws. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary. Any Entrant under the age of eighteen (18) must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian prior to submitting a Wish. The PL reserves the right to request evidence of such consent at any time and, where satisfactory evidence is not provided, to disregard the relevant Wish.

4. HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Initiative, during the Submission Period an individual (“Entrant”) must submit the Wish using the relevant form on the dedicated Initiative page of the PL’s website or app. Entrants who submit a Wish must also confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions prior to submitting the Entry.

5. A Wish may be submitted at any time during the Submission Period. Entrants are permitted to submit a maximum of one (1) Wish.

6. The PL reserve the right to disregard any Wish which is, or a portion of it is, inappropriate, promotional, obscene, profane, lewd, derogatory, defamatory or violates any proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is otherwise objectionable, as determined in the PL’s sole discretion. Wishes must be in keeping with the PL’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by the PL in its sole discretion.

7. SELECTION. The PL shall select, at their sole discretion and using the selection criteria, such number of Wishes as they see fit to be fulfilled (each a "Selected Wish" and each such Entrant a "Selected Entrant"). The selection shall take place within a reasonable period following the end of the Submission Period. Selected Entrants will be informed of their selection in due course. The PL's decision is final on all matters relating to the selection of Wishes.

8. WISH FULFILMENT. To the extent that it is reasonably practicable and possible, as determined solely by the PL, the PL shall use reasonable endeavours to fulfil each Selected Wish. The PL shall not be obliged to accommodate any specific requests made by a Selected Entrant in relation to the manner or timing of fulfilment of their Selected Wish. The precise nature, scope and timing of the fulfilment of each Selected Wish shall be determined by the PL in their sole discretion. If a Selected Wish is for the benefit of another individual, the fulfillment of such Selected Wish is subject to that individual’s agreement to participate.

9. The fulfilment of a Selected Wish is subject to availability and eligibility, and the PL reserves the right to later amend, substitute or withdraw any element. If a Selected Entrant is not able to demonstrate their compliance with the eligibility requirements set out herein, or is disqualified for any other reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of the PL, the PL, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to withdraw the Selected Wish or any element of it, A Selected Wish is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered in any circumstance.

10. The granting of a Selected Wish is subject to verification by the PL, and the PL may request any reasonable documentation or proof of eligibility including valid proof of age. Parent/guardian permission is required for any Selected Entrant (and/or the identified recipient of the Wish) under the age of eighteen (18) to have their Selected Wish fulfilled.

11. If any aspect of the fulfilment of a Selected Wish is affected, amended, cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond PL’s control, including but not limited to, travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts and advice of Governments, acts of war, epidemic, pandemic, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, national catastrophes, advice against any travel by any Government or official authority for any reason (including by way of example only and without limitation by reason of any actual or potential terrorist threat) and/or the World Health Organisation or any internationally recognised medical authority for any reason or an event of force majeure, the PL and its agencies will not be responsible and the Selected Wish will not be fulfilled and no additional compensation will be provided. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.

12. All information and personal data shall be controlled by the PL in accordance with the privacy notice in the Initiative information page, and the PL’s privacy policy which can be found at https://www.premierleague.com/privacy-policy. To the extent that any information contained within a Wish constitutes personal data (as defined in UK GDPR), the PL shall ensure that they and all their agents observe the requirements of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (and any amendments, schedules or revisions thereto) and shall protect the security, privacy and integrity of the personal data and personal data shall only be processed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the instructions of the PL. The PL shall use the information in the applicable Entry for the purposes of administering the Initiative only and no personal data shall be used for direct marketing (unless the Entrant has opted-in to receive such marketing).

13. A Selected Entrant may be required to participate in promotional activity in connection with the fulfilment of their Selected Wish without payment or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

14. The PL shall not be liable or responsible for errors in the administration or fulfilment of the Initiative, including without limitation mechanical, technical human, printing, distribution or production errors. The PL shall be ultimately responsible for determining eligibility, in its sole discretion.

15. The Entrant assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Initiative, or the fulfilment of a Selected Wish. For the avoidance of doubt, the PL cannot accept any liability to any Entrant for any of the following types of loss which an Entrant may suffer as a result of their Wish.

a. loss which was not foreseeable to an Entrant and the PL when the Entrant first entered any of the Prize Draw, (even if that loss results from the PL’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions or its negligence);
b. any business loss an Entrant may suffer, including loss of revenue, profits, or anticipated savings (whether those losses are the direct or indirect result of the PL’s default); or
c. loss which an Entrant suffers other than as a result of the PL’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions (or any typographical or other error contained herein) and the PL’s negligence or breach of statutory duty.

16. Nothing in these terms will limit the PL’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or if the PL deliberately lied to Entrants before a Wish was submitted.

17. In the event of any breach by an Entrant of these terms and conditions, the PL reserves the right to remove any Wish submitted by that Entrant from consideration to be fulfilled.

18. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. This Initiative, and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
