PREMIER LEAGUE MORNINGS LIVE TAMPA: Pre-Registration Terms & Conditions.

Please read these T&Cs carefully as they set out the terms that apply to Your participation in Pre-Registration.

These T&Cs use the defined terms below and govern Your registration for access to the PL Mornings Live Priority Booking

1.  Definitions.

The capitalised terms used in these T&Cs shall have the meanings given in the table below 

The timings and dates in the table above are subject to change at the Premier League's discretion. 

2. Registration.

2.1. By registering Your Pre-Registration Information, You: (i) are deemed to have accepted these T&Cs; and (ii) confirm that You are aged 18 or older.

2.2. In order to Pre-Register, You will need to create a Premier League account. In doing so, you will need to accept the Premier League’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2.3. You hereby warrant that all information submitted by You to Us is accurate and that You are not using multiple email addresses or other information to enter multiple iterations of Pre-Registration Information. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of users and to remove Pre-Registration Information if We reasonably believe it has been entered contrary to or to circumvent any provision of these T&Cs.

2.4. After You have successfully registered Your Pre-Registration Information, You will at some point receive an email from Us containing a link to the Third-Party Ticket Partner’s website (e.g., click here to register for tickets”).

2.5. We will use any Pre-Registration Information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, available at: www.premierleague.com/privacy-policy. If, during Pre-Registration, You opted-in to receiving marketing communications directly from Us, You can withdraw Your consent and opt-out of such communications at any time by following the instructions in our privacy policy. We may still need to send service emails to you from time to time.

2.6. If, during Pre-Registration, You opted-in to receiving communications directly from a particular Club, you will be consenting to Us passing the Pre-Registration Information to them to use in accordance with their privacy policy, to which We provide links on Our website or in other ways, so You should contact them directly if You no longer wish to receive their communications. 3. Tickets

3.1. You acknowledge that:

3.1.1.Tickets to the PL Mornings Live are subject to availability and may only be available while stocks last; and

3.1.2.Your participation in Pre-Registration does not in any way guarantee that You will be able to register for a Ticket nor do we guarantee uninterrupted access to any element of the booking process.

We will not be responsible if Your attempt to register for a Ticket is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost or not received for any reason.

3.2. You acknowledge that any registration for Tickets by You and any subsequent attendance by You and/or Your guests at the PL Mornings Live will be subject to the ticket terms and conditions and/or terms and conditions of the relevant Third-Party Ticket Partner and/or any venue at which the PL Mornings Live will take place.

4. Your use

4.1. You agree and accept that you will register for Tickets for Your personal use and Tickets shall not be used for commercial purposes of any kind. 

4.2. You agree and accept that you are entering Pre-Registration entirely at Your own risk and in no event shall We be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law as a result of Your Pre-Registration or participation in Priority Booking.

4.3. Links to Third-Party Ticket Partners’ websites will be sent to You following Your Pre-Registration and You acknowledge and agree that such websites are not the responsibility of PL and that We accept no responsibility or liability for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such Third-Party Ticket Partners’ websites or any other third party website including nor for any content, advertising, products or services available from such Third-Party Ticket Partners’ websites or any other third party website. 

4.4. Any dealings between You and any Third-Party Ticket Partners, including registration for Tickets and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are made between You and the relevant Third-Party Ticket Partner and the PL is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind You may incur as the result of any such dealings.

4.5. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and You and We submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
