The Premier League's new direct-to-fan streaming service, Premier League +, has launched in Singapore today, marking a significant milestone in how fans in the country can experience the world's most competitive football league.
Developed in partnership with the League's long-term broadcast partner StarHub, Premier League + complements StarHub's existing offering by bringing together all 380 live Premier League matches with innovative viewing features, exclusive content and greater flexibility for fans, all in one destination.
Subscribers can personalise how they watch with multi-camera viewing, live data overlays and dedicated club hubs. They can also enjoy a wealth of exclusive content, including a 24/7 channel produced by Premier League Studios featuring live football, extended highlights, live studio shows, magazine programmes, documentaries and Premier League Originals.
Beyond live coverage, the platform provides access to full-match replays, archive games, match highlights, preview programmes, review shows and a wide range of on-demand programming. Streaming is available in 1080p Full HD for all matches with a selection each matchweek available in 4K on capable devices.
Fans will be able to watch live football on Premier League + for the very first time when Premier League champions Arsenal take on Emirates FA Cup winners Manchester City in the FA Community Shield, on Sunday 16 August at 22:00 Singapore time (SGT).
The first Premier League match to be streamed live will be the opening fixture between Arsenal and EFL Championship winners Coventry City, on Friday 21 August (Saturday 22 August at 03:00 SGT).
Premier League + has been launched in close collaboration with StarHub, creating a seamless experience for StarHub customers to access Premier League +. StarHub subscribers will continue to enjoy live Premier League, Emirates FA Cup and the FA Community Shield coverage as part of their existing subscription, while also benefiting from access to the enhanced Premier League + experience.
