Shearer's Team of the Week: 'Palmer looks back to his best'

Premier League's record goalscorer names Chelsea's hat-trick hero in his best XI of Matchweek 25

Chelsea's perfect run of Premier League results under Liam Rosenior continued with a dominant 3-1 away win against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Blues have now won all four league matches since Rosenior was appointed as head coach last month, with the latest victory featuring Cole Palmer as the star of the show as he continues to build momentum after his injury problems.

With his two penalties and his first open-play goal in the league since December, Palmer became the first player to register three first-half hat-tricks in the competition’s history.

The attacker's spectacular performance impressed Alan Shearer, the Premier League's record goalscorer, who has named Palmer in his Team of the Week for Matchweek 25.

"Made two or three really good saves to help Everton win at Fulham."

Jayden Bogle (Leeds)
"A really positive display in Leeds' win against Nottingham Forest."
