Bruno Fernandes (£9.6m) and Gabriel (£7.0m) have the opportunity to continue outscoring Erling Haaland (£15.0m) in Gameweek 25 of Fantasy Premier League.
Manchester City's Haaland visits Liverpool this weekend in his poorest form of 2025/26 Fantasy.
Haaland has managed a mere 18 points over his last six appearances, scoring once and supplying an assist at an average of 3.0 points per match (ppm).
That output is down markedly on his seasonal average of 7.4 points per start (pps), which has taken the Norwegian to the top of the player standings on 171 points.

As you can see from the table below, Arsenal's Gabriel and Manchester United's Fernandes are also among the six regular starting players who have averaged over 6.0pps this season.
In contrast to Haaland, however, both have bettered their seasonal pps over their last six matches.
Indeed, both Gabriel and Fernandes are among the three top-scoring players in Fantasy over their last six matches, totalling 47 and 46 points respectively.
Liverpool's Hugo Ekitike (£8.9m), along with Haaland's midfield team-mates Rayan Cherki (£6.6m) and Antoine Semenyo (£7.8m), has also averaged at least 6.0pps this season.

Who's had the most attacking threat recently?
A delve into the underlying data helps to show Fernandes' improving displays in a No 10 role under Michael Carrick ahead of Friday's 18:30 GMT deadline.
The Portuguese has created eight big chances - situations where a player is expected to score - over the last four Gameweeks.
Fernandes has also had two big chances of his own, which means he was involved in a total of 10 of them across Gameweeks 21-24.
In terms of pure goal threat, it's Ekitike who catches the eye here, with a league-high five big chances during this spell.
Brentford's Igor Thiago (£7.1m) and Brighton & Hove Albion's Kaoru Mitoma (£6.1m) have also been involved in five big chances each.
While Haaland does rank joint-second here for shots in the box, he's only been involved in three big chances, by contrast.

Who's facing the weakest defences?
An assessment of the team data over the last four Gameweeks looks encouraging for Ekitike and his Liverpool team-mate Florian Wirtz (£8.3m).
Man City are among only six sides who have conceded an average of three big chances in that spell, with their total of 13 only one less than Burnley.
While Ekitike boasts the main goal threat, it's Wirtz who has the home form - the German has three double-figure hauls across the Reds' last four matches at Anfield.
Thiago, Mitoma and West Ham United's Taty Castellanos (£5.5m) are also among those listed in the players table above who are facing weak defences.
Thiago and Castellanos visit Newcastle United and Burnley respectively, while Mitoma and Brighton have a home contest against Crystal Palace.
Everton's Thierno Barry (£5.7m) has scored in four of the last six Gameweeks ahead of his visit to Fulham, who have conceded a league-high 16 big chances across their last four matches.

So, who is the best captain?
Fernandes' numbers back up his recent output and his huge lead for big-chance involvement gives every indication he can maintain that momentum.
Meanwhile, Gabriel's potential at both ends of the box means he has now surpassed Haaland in terms of points per start this season, and you'd expect that to continue at home to Sunderland.
