Mohamed Salah has surpassed Wayne Rooney in the Premier League all-time goal involvements for a single club after setting up Hugo Ekitike's second goal in the 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Liverpool forward's second-half assist via a corner brought his total goal involvements for the Reds in the league to 277 (188 goals and 89 assists), overtaking Rooney's 276 for Manchester United.
The assist also moved Salah to joint-top in the rankings for most Premier League goal involvements at a single stadium.
It was his 151st goal involvements in 155 Premier League appearances at Anfield (107 goals, 44 assists), moving him level with Thierry Henry for Arsenal at Highbury (114 goals, 37 assists) and Rooney at Old Trafford (101 goals, 50 assists).
