Sunderland took another step forward in their wonderful season with an outstanding result against Premier League leaders Arsenal, grabbing a point at the death in a thrilling 2-2 draw at the Stadium of Light.
Dan Ballard epitomised the home side's performance, producing a dominant showing in attack and defence against the club where he started his career, as an academy player.
Ballard's sensational display impressed Alan Shearer, the Premier League's record goalscorer, who has named the Sunderland centre-back in his Team of the Week for Matchweek 11 along with team-mate Granit Xhaka - another former Arsenal player.
Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa)
"Made an incredible save to deny Alex Scott and then produced an even bigger stop to deny Antoine Semenyo from the penalty spot."
Michael Keane (Everton)
"Showed his quality at both ends of the pitch. He crowned a dominant performance at centre-back by netting with a towering header for Everton's all-important second goal against Fulham."
Dan Ballard (Sunderland)
"Ballard epitomised everything Sunderland have done so well this season. He was really aggressive in both boxes, scored a goal against his former club and then produced a sensational block in stoppage time moments after Sunderland had equalised."
Watch: Ballard's incredible performance
Jaydee Canvot (Crystal Palace)
"The teenager showed a maturity way beyond his years on his first Premier League start. Facing arch-rivals Brighton, Canvot stepped up in the absence of captain Marc Guehi with a big display to help his side keep a clean sheet."
Granit Xhaka (Sunderland)
"Xhaka once again led by example. He kept the ball moving, protected the defence and led Sunderland to an impressive result against the league leaders."
Mateus Fernandes (West Ham)
"By far his best performance in a West Ham shirt. Produced some excellent passes going forward and constantly disrupted Burnley's attacks by winning the ball back."
Tomas Soucek (West Ham)
"For a second successive week, he came off the bench to score. He crucially put his side 2-1 up against relegation rivals Burnley, and his low shot then forced the save that gave Kyle Walker-Peters a tap-in in a vital victory."
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (Everton)
"He was absolutely everywhere! Won the ball back on several occasions, scored a goal which was unfortunate not to stand and then produced a brilliant corner from which Keane scored Everton's second goal."
Alejandro Garnacho (Chelsea)
"He's now showing why Chelsea signed him. He constantly gave his full-back problems, and he put the ball on a plate with his two assists against Wolves."
Igor Thiago (Brentford)
"What a season he's having! Excellent composure to score from the spot to put Brentford ahead against Newcastle, on a day when two other players missed a penalty, and he then wrapped up a great performance with another strike in stoppage time."
Jeremy Doku (Man City)
"Tore Liverpool to shreds. Conor Bradley couldn't stop him as the winger created chance after chance. Doku signed off a wonderful display with an incredible goal."
Manager: Pep Guardiola (Man City)
"Couldn't have asked for a better performance and result in his 1,000th match in charge. His tactics were simply too good once again as Man City ended their four-match winless run against Liverpool."
