The Scout takes a look at how many points Alex Scott's team scored in the third week of the FPL Challenge and Coca-Cola “Beat The Icon” event, where managers were invited to beat the pundit and former Arsenal and England women’s defender, who ended up on 63 points.
Over half of the points that Alex's team registered this week came from her captain Erling Haaland.
Despite the Manchester City star not benefiting from having his points doubled, the forward registered 32 points as her captain. Haaland scored two goals, registered an assist and picked up all three bonus points in the 5-1 win over Burnley.
Haaland is the league's leading goalscorer, with eight goals across the opening six matches of the season.
The Norwegian's haul in Gameweek 6 highlights the importance of not overlooking players who don't get their points doubled from the weekly challenge.
Mixed fortunes elsewhere
Alex's other big success story in Gameweek 6 was Tino Livramento. Unlike Haaland, Livramento is aged under 23, and so had his six-point return doubled to 12 points.
Livramento was substituted before Arsenal's first goal, meaning that the defender registered the clean sheet points. The England international has now kept more clean sheets than any other defender this season, with five.
Like Livramento, Estevao was also substituted ahead of the first Brighton goal. This meant that the 18-year-old Chelsea midfielder registered the additional clean sheet point, for a total of six.
Elliot Anderson was another pick who had his points doubled. The Nottingham Forest midfielder registered two defensive contribution points in his match against Sunderland, doing so for a third consecutive Gameweek.
Alex's choice of Florian Wirtz nearly proved to be an inspired choice. The Liverpool midfielder had two attempts on goal in Gameweek 6, one of which was classed as a big chance, which is where the player is expected to score, as well as creating one chance for his team-mates.
Goalkeeper Dean Henderson was another pick over the age of 23, so his points were not doubled in this challenge.
The Crystal Palace goalkeeper came agonisingly close to keeping a clean sheet, with Federico Chiesa scoring for Liverpool in the 87th minute. Henderson made three saves and therefore registered an additional save point.
