Pundit Alex Scott reveals her Gameweek 6 FPL Challenge team

Now you can see Alex's line-up, do you think you can beat her?

Football pundit and broadcaster Alex Scott has revealed her line-up for Gameweek 6 of FPL Challenge

This is the third week of the Coca-Cola and FPL Challenge teaming up for a “Beat The Icon” event, with a different challenge being set each week by football legends, pundits and top creators - and Fantasy managers being invited to try to beat them.

Pick your Challenge team NOW

This weekend, all players aged 23 and under will score DOUBLE points, and you can enter a team any time before 14:00 BST on Sunday.

Alex's 6-a-side team, using an unlimited budget and with a limit of one player per club, features four players who are under 23 and will therefore will have their points doubled this weekend.

In the United Kingdom and Ireland, managers will be able to go head-to-head with Alex by scanning the QR code on any bottle or can of Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and be in with a chance to win prizes.

Managers outside the UK will still be able to take part in the weekly challenges as usual, but will not be eligible to enter the head-to-head element and win prizes.

Here, The Scout explains why Alex's picks could score well this weekend.

Goalkeeper: Dean Henderson (Crystal Palace)

Crystal Palace have started the season incredibly well. The Eagles have kept three clean sheets so far, with only Newcastle keeping more, while they have conceded just two goals, which is the joint-fewest in the league, tied with Arsenal.

Henderson has registered 22 points so far this season, with only five goalkeepers producing more. The 28-year-old will have a tough test this weekend, though, when Liverpool visit Selhurst Park.

Defender: Tino Livramento (Newcastle)

Livramento is one of the players who will see their points doubled this weekend. The 22-year-old has started and produced a return in every match this season.

The defender has registered four clean sheets, an assist and three bonus points - only six defenders have bettered the England international's total of 31 points.

The Magpies have produced an Expected Goals Against (xGA) of just 2.55 - the lowest tally in the league.

Midfielder: Florian Wirtz (Liverpool)

After being rested in Gameweek 5 and in the midweek EFL Cup win over Southampton, Wirtz will be expected to be back in the Liverpool starting line-up for the trip to Palace.

Like Livramento, Wirtz will also have the added benefit of having his points doubled in Gameweek 6. The 22-year-old registered an assist against Saturday's opponents Palace in the Community Shield, while in the league, Wirtz has had seven shots, only bettered by Cody Gakpo, Dominik Szoboszlai and the suspended Hugo Ekitike among Liverpool players.

Wirtz has also created nine chances for his Liverpool team-mates, which is only bettered by Gakpo among Reds players.

Midfielder: Estevao (Chelsea)

The third of Alex's players to receive double points this weekend is Chelsea's Estevao.

The 18-year-old Brazilian has started in three of Chelsea's last four matches, after coming off the bench on the opening weekend.

The midfielder has already registered an attacking return, providing an assist against West Ham in Gameweek 2.

Despite reduced minutes, Estevao has had three shots and created two chances this season. He could be an interesting differential if he is named in Chelsea's starting line-up to face Brighton.

Midfielder: Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest)

Anderson has registered defensive contribution points in each of the last two Gameweeks for Nottingham Forest.

Meanwhile, the midfielder has supplied 28 crosses at Forest this season, a team-leading tally, as well as creating seven chances, which is also joint-first for Forest, along with Callum Hudson-Odoi.

However, it isn't just his creativity that makes Anderson a good pick in FPL Challenge. The England international has also had five shots, which only Morgan Gibbs-White and Chris Wood can better at Forest.

At 22 years old, Anderson also has the added benefit of receiving double points this weekend.

Forward: Erling Haaland (Man City)

Despite not being young enough to have his points doubled, Haaland still looks the standout pick in Gameweek 6.

Haaland is the top-points scorer in Fantasy so far with 46 points and faces a Burnley side who have been expected to concede the most goals this season.

Meanwhile, Haaland has had more shots (21) than any other player in the game.

Managers, like Alex, should be wary of the yellow flag though, and make sure that Haaland recovers from a minor back problem and is named in Man City's starting XI.
