In Gameweek 3 of 2025/26 Fantasy Premier League, 29 players earned defensive contribution points.
As a reminder, defenders need to reach a combined total of 10 clearances, blocks, interceptions or tackles (CBIT) to earn two Fantasy points, while midfielders and forwards need 12 CBIT and recoveries.
Seventeen defenders and 14 midfielders have reached the required threshold for the additional FPL points in Gameweek 3.
Defenders James Tarkowski (£5.5m), Sepp van den Berg (£4.5m) and Marcos Senesi (£4.5m) are the only players to have collected the two available defensive contribution points in EACH of their three appearances this season.
No forward has qualified for defensive contribution points yet, but Joao Pedro (£7.6m) came closest across Saturday's matches, accumulating 10 CBIT and recoveries in Chelsea's 2-0 win over Fulham.
