Watch the best goals of 2025/26 pre-season

Take a look at the top strikes from Premier League players over the summer

With pre-season now concluded, hereโ€™s a round-up of the best goals produced by Premier League players during their preparations for the new campaign, which is only days away.

Anton Stach (Leeds United) v AC Milanย

Defensive midfielder Stach may not have a reputation for scoring goals, having only netted once in the Bundesliga with Hoffenheim last season, but this sensational curler against AC Milan shows he certainly knows how to strike a ball!

Rio Ngumoha (Liverpool) v Athletic Club

The 16-year-old winger has been lighting up pre-season with a series of dazzling displays, including one at Anfield where he picked the ball up in midfield before unleashing a sensational long-range effort into the bottom-right corner.

Donyell Malen (Aston Villa) v Nashville

Malen only scored three goals in 17 games after joining in January from German outfit Borussia Dortmund, but this effort against Nashville, where he chopped inside before curling the ball into the far corner, suggests there's more to come from the Dutch winger.

Pape Sarr (Tottenham Hotspur) v Arsenal

The first north London derby to be played overseas was won 1-0 by Spurs, and what a goal it was by Sarr to defeat their local rivals. The midfielder won possession in the middle of the pitch, spotted goalkeeper David Raya off his goalline and produced a wonderful long-range strike.

Jacob Murphy (Newcastle United) v Arsenal

Though it didn't seem likely that a shot was on, Murphy showed excellent feet to move away from a few Arsenal players before unleashing a fierce left-footed shot into the bottom corner.

Philip Billing (AFC Bournemouth) v Everton

After returning from his loan spell with Napoli as a Serie A title winner, Philip excited Bournemouth fans with this wonderful strike against Everton. The Dane linked up with a few team-mates before showing excellent feet and then moving the ball onto his right and then placing the ball into the top corner.

Dominik Szoboszlai (Liverpool) v AC Milan

The Hungarian midfielder showed why it wasn't a good idea to give him space and time as he took a touch from Ngumoha's pass and lofted the ball high into the net.

James Garner (Everton) v Port Vale

As free-kicks go, Garner may have produced one of the best we've ever seen after he smashed the ball into the top-left corner against Port Vale at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Raul Jimenez (Fulham) v Eintracht Frankfurt

This free-kick from Jimenez wasn't bad either! At the age of 34, the Mexican is still showing why he is one of Fulham's top forwards and can always be relied upon for goals.
