Disabled supporters can now purchase online, with all relevant information available here. ACCESSIBLE PARKING To book, please email accessibility@nottinghamforest.co.uk with your Customer Number, Contact Number, as well as Driver Name, Car Manufacturer, Car Model, Car Colour, and Car Registration, from 10am on Friday 8 August. Applications received before this date and time will be rejected and supporters will be advised to email their request again on the above date and time. BALLOTING To apply via the ballot, visit https://www.eticketing.co.uk/nottinghamforest/Events, ensuring to click the icon of a person top right so that you’re signed into your eTicketing account. If you click this and are then redirected to the main website, press “Tickets” and then when taken back to the eTicketing website, press the icon of a person top right again to sign in. You can then apply for the relevant game, where during the application process, you can click “Add another member” and scroll down slightly when the pop-up screen comes up, to then select individuals from your MyForest network, or alternatively, search for another eligible individual. We would strongly advise applying for whoever you wish to attend with in the same application, as if you apply separately, one application may be successful, and one may be unsuccessful. Once you’ve applied, you will then receive a confirmation email from us – this isn’t confirmation that you have been successful, as you will receive a different email from us after we’ve ran the ballot (see “Ticket Sales Dates” above) to inform you as to whether you’ve been successful or not. If you have been successful, you will then have the defined window specified above to purchase for yourself and the individuals (if applicable) you applied alongside. TICKET EXCHANGE/TICKET FORWARDING & UPGRADES Both the online Ticket Exchange and Ticket Forwarding & Upgrades functionality will go live at the time communicated in the “Ticket Sales Dates” table in this article, providing that the game is cleared as a General Admission sell out. Supporters can find more information regarding the Ticket Exchange here, whilst information regarding Ticket Forwarding & Upgrades can be found here. DIGITAL TICKETING As we prepare for the mandatory digital ticketing requirement in the 2026/27 season (more information here) tickets for all home fixtures during the 2025/26 season will be issued as “Digital Only”. This means that the ticket(s) will be sent via email where it can then be added onto a smartphone wallet as a QR code. Disabled or elderly supporters can apply for an exception to the above by emailing accessibility@nottinghamforest.co.uk, should they wish to do so, where further assistance will be provided. T&Cs Supporters can find full T&Cs and Ticketing Policy here.
