What’s new in 2025/26 Fantasy: Team badges

Find out how you can create your own unique team badge thanks to partnership with Adobe

One of the most exciting new features for 2025/26 Fantasy Premier League is the ability for managers to create their own unique team badge.

Thanks to the Premier League’s new partnership with Adobe, managers can design a badge using Adobe Express and its Firefly generative AI models.

So get your creative juices flowing and have fun coming up with your own design!

Here are four examples of what your badge could look like.

How to create your badge

Upon entering your FPL team, you’ll be prompted with the option to generate your custom team badge using Adobe Express. You can start creating your badge immediately or return to it later.

When you choose to create your badge, Adobe Express will open, and you’ll be asked to begin by entering a prompt for the Firefly AI to use when generating images.

The community wall will provide some examples to help you get started. Hovering over the images will reveal the prompts used to create them; clicking an image will load that image and allow you to try the prompt yourself.

You’ll then be asked to log in or create an Adobe account to view your images and continue.

After logging in, you’ll see your first four sample images. You can regenerate images by editing your prompt as often as you like.

Clicking on an image and selecting Edit will load a new tool and give access to some advanced options like removing background and apply adjustments.

When you’ve settled on your image, click Submit and you’ll be informed that your image will be sent for moderation.

Adobe Express App

The Adobe Express App allows you to create a wide variety of image types, but if you want to create images to replicate the graphical, flat appearance of a traditional club badge then we recommend using the following style settings.

Before generating images from a prompt:
- Click the Content type dropdown and change from Art to Graphic
- Under Styles, click Theme, then scroll down the displayed options to select Vector look
- Still under Styles, click Techniques and scroll down to select Bold lines

These settings will help to generate images with a bolder stroke or outline width and a clean logo style image, more akin to a club badge. There are so many styles you can apply to your prompts, so be creative and explore the results you can get with the options available.

Even once you have an image you like, if you then select an image and access the Edit dropdown, you will have access to a further set of intuitive tools that can enhance your final submission. These include tools that give you the ability to adjust settings such as brightness and colour saturation.

Should you wish to use the Insert Object feature, this will use Generative Credits from your Adobe Express account. Each Adobe Express account gets 10 Generative Credits that reset monthly, with the option to upgrade your account to get more. However, credits are only used for the Insert Object and Remove Object features. You can create more badges with prompts without using credits.

Moderation

All submitted images will be reviewed against our terms and conditions, and any badges that violate these guidelines will be rejected.

Continued submission of images deemed to be in breach of the terms, or those that are severely inappropriate, may result in the removal of your FPL account for the current season.

Once submitted, you’ll see a confirmation that your badge has been sent for moderation. Badges are typically reviewed within 24 hours, but during peak times this may vary. You cannot submit a new badge until your current one has been approved.

Once approved, you’ll receive email confirmation, and your badge will appear on your manager profile and team page. You can then choose to edit the existing prompt or create a brand new version with a different prompt.
