All members must attend at least three away Premier League matches to be eligible for 2026/27 renewal. UEFA Conference League access included (sales criteria will vary per fixture). Digital Ticketing prep: We’re aligning with the upcoming Premier League shift to fully digital tickets by 2026/27 — expect varied fulfilment this season, with guidance in each on-sale article. Continued focus on ticket use integrity: Tickets remain non-transferable (other than to those also opted into the Away Ticket Scheme with any request sent to NFFC) and must reflect the correct age class of the holder. Key Reminders Should you wish to transfer your ticket to another supporter opted into the Away Ticket Scheme, you must email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk to provide us confirmation and their customer number, where this will then be transferred, and further instruction provided. Concession misuse will continue to be monitored and mitigated through age-class assignment enforcement. Any unrenewed Priority Two slots may be offered to other Season Card holders after the deadline — we’ll share more on this in due course. For Premier League fixtures with circa 3,000 allocations, the 100-ticket ballot will still be offered to Season Card holders who aren’t opted into the Away Ticket Scheme. Looking Ahead We will continue to engage with the Fan Advisory Board and wider supporter groups ahead of the 2026/27 season to review the scheme’s long-term structure and effectiveness. T&Cs can be found here. For more information, see FAQs below. Thank you for your ongoing support — we look forward to another incredible season on the road as well as abroad. null null WHY AM I UNABLE TO OPT INTO THE AWAY TICKET SCHEME ONLINE? If you are unable to opt in online, then this is likely because you are not a Season Card holder with us for 2025/26, or because you did not purchase tickets for at least three Premier League away games during the 2024/25 season. If you believe that you should be eligible, please email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk where we will investigate. WHEN AND HOW CAN I RENEW? Supporters can renew here from 10am Tuesday 8 July, online only. Please ensure to click the icon of a person top right so that you’re signed into your eTicketing account. Disabled supporters can renew online or over the phone. WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO RENEW? The deadline to renew is 10am Tuesday 15 July 10am. DOES THE AWAY TICKET SCHEME INCLUDE UEFA CONFERENCE LEAGUE AWAY TICKET ACCESS? By opting into the Away Ticket Scheme, supporters will also receive access to UEFA Conference League away fixtures. Please note that sales criteria will vary for each match, depending on the allocation available. HOW WILL TICKET ALLOCATIONS FOR UEFA CONFERENCE LEAGUE AWAY GAMES WORK? Please note that sales criteria will vary for each match, depending on the allocation available. Supporters are strongly advised to ensure to read through this information thoroughly, as the processes will be different to Premier League away fixtures. HOW WILL TICKET FULFILMENT FOR UEFA CONFERENCE LEAGUE AWAY GAMES WORK? Ticket fulfilment for away fixtures next season will vary, with more information communicated in each respective on-sale article. Supporters are strongly advised to ensure to read through this information thoroughly, as the processes will be different to Premier League away fixtures. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DEADLINE TO RENEW? The deadline is a hard deadline and any supporter who has not renewed by this deadline will not have the option to renew after. Subject to availability, any non-renewed supporter can attempt to opt back in again when these are released on sale, however if they miss out, no exceptions will be facilitated. CAN I UPGRADE TO THE PRIORITY ONE OR PRIORITY PLUS TIER? All eligible supporters have been emailed to inform them of the tier they are eligible to purchase at and will not be able to upgrade from this tier. WILL THE CLUB CONTINUE TO BALLOT AWAY TICKETS TO THE PRIORITY TWO TIER? Following feedback from supporters as well as from reviewing social media reaction throughout the 2023/24 season, we could see that there were a lot of supporters that were frustrated with the queue system, purchase journey, as well as the time they were having to take out of their day to get onto a computer and attempt to buy. By introducing balloting for 2024/25, supporters were able to apply in their own time, whilst the application window was long enough and outside of work hours so that individuals did not have to take time out of their working day to attempt to obtain a ticket. Throughout the season and post-season, we have received positive feedback regarding this balloting process, and data has shown that the distribution of tickets to supporters opted in at the Priority Two tier has been fairer. However, prior to the 2026/27 season, there will be full consultation with the Fan Advisory Board and wider supporter groups regarding the Away Ticket Scheme. WHAT HAPPENS IF I APPLY FOR ALL 19 PREMIER LEAGUE AWAY GAMES, BUT I’M NOT SUCCESSFUL VIA THE BALLOT ONCE, WILL YOU THEN REVOKE MY ELIGIBILITY TO RENEW? Whilst we are confident that if an individual applies for all 19 Premier League away games, they will be successful for at least three away games, in the unlikely event that a supporter is not, please email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk at the end of the season, and we’ll advise accordingly. Supporters are advised that during the 2024/25 season, several Premier League away fixtures went on sale to MyForest members via the second sale process. FOR PREMIER LEAGUE AWAY GAMES, WILL SUPPORTERS OPTED IN AT THE PRIORITY PLUS TIER HAVE 24 HOURS AND THEN SUPPORTERS OPTED INTO THE PRIORITY ONE TIER ANOTHER 20 HOURS AFTER THAT TO PURCHASE? No, supporters opted in at the Priority Plus tier will have 10am – 2pm (to consider lower allocation away games) whilst then supporters opted in at the Priority One tier will have 2pm – 10am the next day. Supporters opted in at the Priority Plus tier will still have 2pm – 10am the next day to buy and will be guaranteed a ticket for most Premier League away fixtures providing they buy during this period, except lower allocation games. HOW WILL YOU BE CHANGING THE SYSTEM TO REDUCE ISSUES/MISUSE? For the 2025/26 season, the number of supporters eligible to opt in will again be reduced by another 100. Supporters opted into the scheme will only be able to purchase a ticket that is relevant to the age category that they are. This will reduce the chances of individuals misusing their tickets. There will also be several away fixtures where tickets will be issued digital only, with the relevant processes involved mitigating the chance of tickets being passed on via unauthorised means. During the 2024/25 season, booking history has only been issued providing the ticket has been scanned, with processes implemented to ensure supporters aren’t purchasing tickets just to obtain the booking history. We also conducted sporadic ticket collection spot checks on supporters who we believed to be exploiting and misusing their access to tickets, with several supporters removed from the scheme during last season. This is something we will continue to do next season. There is also only a minimum requirement of three Premier League away games to opt into the Away Ticket Scheme for 2025/26, which will provide flexibility. Please be advised that prior to the 2026/27 season, there will be full consultation with the Fan Advisory Board and wider supporter groups regarding the Away Ticket Scheme. WHY CAN’T I USE MY ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR SOMEBODY ELSE? Any tickets obtained via the Away Ticket Scheme can only be used by the named individual who is opted in. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I USE MY ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR SOMEBODY ELSE? Any supporter found to purchase tickets and pass them onto someone else outside of authorised NFFC processes will have their eligibility revoked without appeal. IF I PURCHASE A TICKET AND CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I THEN PASS THE TICKET ONTO ANOTHER SUPPORTER? Away tickets cannot be passed on or re-sold (even at face value) to other supporters (including other supporters opted into the Away Ticket Scheme). Should you wish to pass your ticket to another supporter opted into the Away Ticket Scheme, you must email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk to provide us confirmation and their customer number, where this will then be transferred, and further instruction provided. Any supporter found to purchase tickets and pass them onto someone else outside of authorised NFFC processes will have their eligibility revoked without appeal. FOR 2024/25, WILL YOU INCREASE THE NUMBER OF TICKETS THAT CAN BE PURCHASED PER TRANSACTION FOR AWAY FIXTURES? No. The number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction will remain at six, providing each ticket can be assigned to an eligible supporter. We believe that six is a happy medium between smaller and larger groups. HOW MANY PREMIER LEAGUE GAMES MUST I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR TO BE ELIGIBLE TO OPT IN AGAIN FOR 2025/26? All supporters opted into the Away Ticket Scheme must purchase for a minimum of three Premier League away fixtures to be eligible to opt into the Away Ticket Scheme again for 2026/27. There will be full consultation with the Fan Advisory Board and wider supporter groups regarding the Away Ticket Scheme prior to the 2026/27 season. I’M A SUPPORTER THAT PURCHASED LESS THAN 3 PREMIER LEAGUE AWAY TICKETS DURING THE 24/25 SEASON AND HAVE HAD MY ELIGIBILITY TO RENEW REVOKED. WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO OPT BACK IN AFTER RENEWALS WHEN THESE GO ON SALE? Yes, further information regarding the sales process will be communicated to Season Card holders after the renewal’s deadline. WHEN WILL THOSE NOT CURRENTLY OPTED INTO THE AWAY TICKET SCHEME BE ABLE TO APPLY? A further update will be communicated after the renewal’s deadline. This applies to both general allocation Season Card holders as well as Hospitality Season Card holders. I HAVE A QUESTION THAT ISN’T COVERED IN THESE FAQS, HOW I CAN GET AN ANSWER? Should you have any questions or concerns, please email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk where a response will be provided.
