Everton said farewell to Goodison Park in the best possible way with a 2-0 win over Southampton in their final Premier League match there on Sunday ahead of a move to their new Hill Dickinson Stadium next season.

Goodison has been home to the Toffees since 1892, abd fans gathered en masse to give the "Grand Old Lady" one last goodbye as Iliman Ndiaye’s first-half brace secured all three points.
