Enjoy the great Man Utd right-back's best moments as we profile the 15 players up for the vote

We are looking at the 15 nominees who have been shortlisted for the Premier League Hall of Fame in 2025.

Fans around the world are invited to select two of the 15 contenders via the Premier League app or at premierleague.com/halloffame, with the public vote closing at 12:00 BST on Monday 15 September.

The results of the fan poll will be presented to the existing 24 Premier League Hall of Fame members – including Sir Alex Ferguson, Thierry Henry and Alan Shearer – who will then cast their votes to decide who is inducted in 2025.

Gary Neville

A one-club man, Gary Neville spent his entire 18-year professional career at Manchester United.

Part of Man Utd's famous "Class of 1992" from their Academy, Neville made the right-back position his own with a combination of top-class defending and enterprising attacking play.

He was a consistent performer under Sir Alex Ferguson throughout the 1990s and 2000s, helping Man Utd to keep 148 clean sheets in his 397 Premier League appearances. Neville won the title eight times, a tally only beaten by two players - his team-mates Ryan Giggs (13) and Paul Scholes (11).

The right-back's overlapping runs, pinpoint crosses and link-up play with winger David Beckham on the right flank were his trademark, leading to 35 Premier League assists, a total no other Man Utd defender could match. He also scored five Premier League goals.

Neville, who was named Man Utd captain in 2005, retired in 2010/11.
