Second-placed Potters maintain unbeaten record in the competition as they overcome Group E winners AFC Bournemouth

Andre Godfrinne's second-half goal ensured Stoke City beat AFC Bournemouth 1-0, with both teams already qualified from Group E in the Premier League Cup.

The Potters forward struck in the 53rd minute, tapping in from Mo Sankoh's pass.

Stoke finish second with 12 points, one behind the Cherries.
